Background
Michele has spent the last several decades in the HR space, most recently leading an HR Consulting team with ZumanHR, serving early to growth stage organizations. Michele has successfully served in a variety of HR leadership roles, and earlier in her career specialized in training and talent acquisition. Michele has a BS in Business, is SPHR certified, and is pursuing her graduate degree in HR and Organizational Development. Michele has lived overseas and traveled abroad extensively. As a result, she loves experiencing new cultures and life experiences. She’s a wife and mother of three very adventurous kids who keep her on her toes at all times. When her nose is not buried in her laptop, she can be found laughing with friends, walking in nature, planning her next travel experience, or throwing the frisbee for her two adorable miniature schnauzers, Beau and Daisy Duke. Background
Janel is a Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of HR and operational experiences working with companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 50. Janel is committed to keeping up to date in the ever-changing world of Human Resources and holds a BS in Business Administration and certifications from both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Janel shares her time with her husband and teen daughter, often on the golf course. If not the golf course, she’s engaging in other outdoor activities such as nature hikes, tennis, and gardening.
